My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next vehicle purchase. I sell mostly trades from larger dealerships directly to the public exactly as traded in order to be able to list vehicles with NO RESERVE... I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please take the time to read this entire description carefully, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos closely BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. Most of the questions we get are already answered within the following description. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1999 Ford E250 work van that was owned and maintained by a reputable plumbing and HVAC company in the area. I would rate the exterior of this van to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this unit. Please expect to find small dents and scrapes here and there from typical daily use as a work van. Overall, there is no noteworthy damage to report. I didn't see any rust on the body either. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The tires show good tread all around. I would rate the interior of this van to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this unit. Up front, the cab would certainly benefit from a thorough cleaning as this truck was just taken out of service. However, there is no damage to the seats or dash. There is a cage partition between the cab and cargo area. The rear of this van has a wooden floor and racks on both sides. I did remove the racks on the passenger side to make room for my own purposes. I recently moved so it came in handy. I do still have the passenger side rack...it will be included with the van. The stereo system is original and sounds fine. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The air conditioning blows ice cold air, too! Mechanically, this van appears to be in good running and driving condition. After I had purchased this van, the seller told me that the engine was replaced about 40k ago. I have absolutely no documentation to support this...so take it for what it's worth. I can say that the engine starts easily every time and runs smoothly. I can hear a slight exhaust leak towards the front of the van. The engine does not smoke and I did not notice any leaks. The front end feels pretty good...not too much play or rattle. The steering is neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this van with no issues. The engine keeps a steady temperature and good oil pressure at all times. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, this van drives nice and strait and will cruise at 80mph with no complaints. The big 4.2L V6 makes more power than you'd expect. The check engine light comes and goes but it doesn't seem to affect drivability. I have not pulled the code. We've been using the heck out of this van and it doesn't ever seem to be in the same place long enough to check it out. This van is no slouch on the highway and will get better fuel economy than the V8, too. It does rattle a bit due to the racks and cage which is normal. It has a newer PA safety and emissions inspection so it's ready to go. I have used this van to move TWICE (once personally and then we moved to a larger dealership) in the last month and have easily put 500 miles on it.
