Vehicle Detail
1969 Chevrolet Camaro This is a 350 car that came from the factory with power steering and air condition. It is not an SS or RS. First and foremost, I have been restoring cars for over 20 years. Camaro's and mustangs mostly. This car has been in my personal garage for a while. The car is and was complete when purchased. The list of work is extensive so I won't explain every detail. The car was media blasted, every nut and bolt. Both quarter panels are full and outer wheel houses were replaced The rockers were not bad but since they had some thin area's I went ahead and replaced them. The floor is also a full one piece floor. I spent nearly 2 months making sure every nook and cranny was perfect. There is no bondo anywhere. All welds were ground smooth. I finished it in epoxy and raptor lined it. The trunk is solid and really needed nothing but epoxy coated. The fire wall is in ex. condition as well. All bare metal and epoxy coated. The dash top skin was thin so I replaced it also. The doors are in ex. condition as well and are ready for a final block sanding. They are also rust free!! I have all door glass and quarter glass. The door hinges are rebuilt and installed. The door gaps are nearly perfect. The front sub-frame has been media-blasted and powder coated. All new polygraphite bushings and 2 in. drop spindles. The coils are detroit speed and have a 1 in drop. New disc-brake rotors and calipers. I'm into the front end 2 grand alone. It does look good though. The rear is a 10 bolt and has been media blasted and painted black. The rear multi-leaf has been rebuilt with new bushings and also has a 1.5 drop. Keep in mind the car has been kept nearly original with little modifications. The bumpers are in ex. cond. and are orig. The rear deck lid is new and fits like a glove with even gaps. The rear glass and moulding are good also. You will need a front windshield however. All the little things that came off the car I have (wiper motor, lights, lenses, side markers, Etc.) I have. The interior is all orig. front and back seats are complete. 711 coded which is basic black. You will need front door panels however. they were torn over the years. The tranny is a munci 4 speed with hurst shifter and is all rebuilt. I believe I spent a grand on it. The engine is not orig. but will run. It is a 4 bolt main 350 with camels. If desired I have a nice edelbrock intake that is new and a holly double pumper 750 I will include for 200.00 more. I paid over 200.00 for the carb alone. The front pass. fender is orig. and in epoxy primer with no rust. The radiator support is also new. The hood is an ss repro and also new and in epoxy primer.Inner front fenders are new also. all the gages are old but I have them. You will need a wiring harness. The wheels are a centerline type and in ex. condition. The best thing about the car is that all the hard work is all done. If the car sells above the reserve I will ask a 500.00 dollar deposit within 2 days. Do not e-mail me with obvious stated questions. Also, I will not entertain scammers. I will not respond !!! I am busy and my days are full. My e-mail is awschris@hotmail.com thanks for looking and bidding.
