Hello ladies and gentlemen thank you for checking out my no reserve auction on this very clean Volvo Wagon!! Before I forget I will tell you a funny story.. Over the years I have worked at many dealerships but, my favorite job was in Denver Colorado at Monarch Volvo/Mazda... I believe the name has changed now, but I used to work in the detail shop around the year this was made I believe it was from around 1988 to 1992...?? At any rate.., I remember hearing the Volvo technicians in the bay next to me talking one day. I believe they were complaining about how much disdain they had for the Volvo 240s.. I had always preferred the 850 Turbos myself , but I found it interesting when I discovered the reason they did not like them was because they were never in the shop and they were unable to make much profit from them!! NOW THATS RELIABLE!! This Volvo is no exception " in my opinion" it runs great drives great shifts very well and it has cold air conditioning.. (SEE TEST DRIVE VIDEO) This car is reasonably low actual miles it has original paint and interior which is in very decent shape for the year .. The one thing I would like to mention is a mystery noise coming from the rear wheels I believe it to be a sticky brake caliper. and it only happens when you first start driving the car.. I have taken it into my mechanic twice and I have never been able to replicate the noise when he is driving it so I'm going to "caution" the sound..but I'm going to also tell you you may never hear it at all.. The dash console has absolutely no cracks in the car is very very straight I do not believe you could find a straighter one.. Please read the terms and -ask all questions- prior- to placing a bid..
