I am selling my 1979 Triumph Spitfire 1500. I have owned this car for 7 years or so and now I do not have the time to work on it. It needs some work and I think its time to let it go to someone who has the time for a winter project! The engine runs great and had been on the road until two years ago when I garage it to replace the tran's seals that were leaking and the slave cylinder ( I have the trans out of the car - not repaired yet !). A full tune up and carb rebuild was just done when I parked it. This is a great project car for someone who does not want a total restoration project. It won't take much to get it back on the road - just some TLC like these little cars require.The top is in good condition, there is no rust on the floor boards, this is a good solid car with some normal wear and tear from age and it needs new paint. The interior is fair for the year but is complete. It has a Blaupunkt radio and a CD changer that works. It is being sold as is... Good Luck To The Highest Bidder!
