Dusty, Rusty,Musty and Crusty! Up for sale is my 1975 Spitfire which I have finally given up on. I have owned it for around 10 years and started to restore but lost interest and bought a newer one. It needs a bit of everything. Has 75,000 miles on it and It was running good last year, but started to flood the carbeurator. Might just need a rebuild. Turns over but wont catch. I give up. I have replaced the alternator,coil, battery and fuel pump a few years back. The car is pretty much complete, just tired. Body has some rust and rot in various places ,on the front hood and some holes in front floor, and I put a hole in back floor when jacking it up. Tires are OK, needs some fuse box wiring, and this morning when I tried to start it the clutch pedal went to the floor ? Needs Top, Seats are from another Spit, one is good, one is torn. This was too much work for me without a garage. Buy it for the Motor or parts, or try to rebuild if you have the time. Have a few parts to go with it. I cant bring myself to junk it.
