Most of these cars were run hard by younger owners, but this car was lovingly cared for all of its life. This car was maintained by a classic car collector who took care of this car as if it was one of his classic cars. This car spent its life in a climate controlled garage in sunny Florida. It was kept in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. It was always serviced by the Lexus dealership and has a complete service history. This car is a beautiful specimen. It is one the prettiest IS cars that you will ever see. The paint on the car is a Forest Green and causes wonderful comments everywhere it goes. The car has very, very good paint showing almost NO wear. The paint shines beautifully and glistens in the sunlight. The interior of the car is a beautiful light beige leather. People are always commenting on how unusual and beautiful the color combination looks. The interior of the car is excellent with the front seats showing minimal wear and all other parts of the interior looking like new. It has to be one of the nicest interiors you can find on one of these cars. The seats look great, showing minimal wear. The door panels look new showing No wear. The carpeting is perfect showing no wear. It has always been covered by 2 sets of mats and looks new. The headliner is original and is perfect. The sun visors and lighted mirrors are also like new. This car has a fully functioning and like-new glass sunroof. The dash pad has no cracks or fading. The chrome and painted parts of the dash are original and are also excellent. The steering wheel is original showing no cracks or marks. The windshield is very good with no cracks or scratch marks. All the other glass is also perfect. The car has like new weather stripping which looks real great. It just doesn’t get any nicer for this model Lexus car. The car is equipped with a relatively new top-of-the-line Pioneer 8400 radio. It has Bluetooth, Pandora and all the wiring for ipods and cell phone connectivity. The original rims really add a nice accent to the car. They look almost new. The car runs perfectly and is in need of NOTHING as far as I can tell to improve it mechanically. The car has almost new low-profile tires that are in superb condition. The engine is extremely quiet and purrs as it travels down the road at 80 mph. This is one of the best engines ever made and has most of its life still in front of it. The mileage on the odometer reads 87,000 miles which is the original mileage. The trunk of this car was also covered with extra mats and looks ABSOLUTELY new. The tool kit has never been used and shines as new. Every time this car was washed, the underside of the trunk and hood, the door jams, and the entire engine compartment were also cleaned. No other Lexus on the market received this type of care and attention. I always treated this car the same as I would one of my antique cars..
