2005 Silver Mini Cooper Convertible Due to health issues with my wife we were forced to sell our motor home. I purchased the Cooper to be used as the tow vehicle which we never used in that capacity. We have three other cars and the Cooper is not comfortable for her after her surgery so I am listing it for sale. I installed a Falcon frame receiver and have the Falcon 5250 Stainless Steel receiver hitch and all accessories that I will include with the buy-it-now price. The Falcon bar, frame receiver, lights, and labor are a $1500 option. This ia a fantastic little car. I am the second owner. It has heated black leather seats, ABS, power steering, power brakes, A/C, power top, power locks, and I installed a killer stereo in it w/ no modification to the car. The top literally looks new with zero marks or defects. It is a cool power top that functions like either a sunroof when you are driving or when you stop it can be fully retracted with the push of a button. There is an Alpine AM-FM-IPOD control deck and a small custom sub enclosure / amp that matches the interior. The stereo system was $1400. The original in dash CD player is also included. All original manuals are in the glove box. I am also including a dash mounted radar detector which was another $200. The wiring for it is concealed verses plugged into the cigerette lighter. There are also custom fog lights and hood stripes. I purchased a set of 15" wheels and Dunlap tires from Tire Rack 3,000 miles ago which was another $900. I have the original wheels w/ a new set of tires that you can have with the vehicle. If you want the car w/o the tow bar deduct $500 from the buy-it-now and we can make a deal. I installed a second set of lights in the rear bumper that are connected to a standard flat 4 connector under the hood. The marker lights come on w/ the tow vehicle lights and the brake and turn signals are in the new LED light piece. It has a scratch on the left front fender from our Grand daughter's bicycle but overall is extremely clean. We have never towed it as my wife's health precluded us from ever taking it. There are no road rash marks on the front from towing. It has a clean car-fax, has been garaged from new, and has never been smoked in. I tried to show the scratch but it is difficult to see in a photo. Also included are two sets of factory mats, one rubber, one carpet. The picture of the two wheels is the stock ones hanging by the side of the garage. There are 4 and they all look new w/ zero rash etc. They have the Mini logo caps. The tires are Dunlaps that have maybe 500 miles on them. They are included with the car if you want them. The carpets are perfect, literally, the heated seats look new with no holes, cuts, marks, etc. There are a couple scratches in the side plastic vinyl but very minimal. The car has never been smoked in from new. I knew the original owner and she was definately a non-smoker. It really has been parked in a garage from new. There is absolutely no rust , dents, or anything else besides the scratch on the fender and a couple really minor ones on the rear bumper. It has the rear back up alert that beeps when you get close to anything. It is what it is, a really cool little car that is a blast to drive and if you have a motor home is a fantastic little toad. It can be towed 4 down and has a battery cut-off switch that allows having the key in the first position to release the wheel w/o draining the battery. This is not a distress sale so please stop low balling me, I am not going to take six grand or anything else ridiculous. It is definately worth what I am asking, I know I have checked Autotrader and the various selling outlets. I will give it to our daughter who lives in downtown Chicago before I give it away to someone I don't know. I have an AMG ML Benz, a Jag, and a VW Eurovan along w/ a 3 car garage. I want all my cars inside this winter. It is really fun to drive, my Benz is more fun, it is comfortable, the Jag is more comfortable, I can put stuff in the VW, not so much in the Mini, due to her health my wife cannot drive a stick shift, thus it is the odd man out.
