It's a 1941 Ford Super Deluxe Four Door which was purchased by Lee Roy Hartung sometime in the 50's. He drove it for a little like his other cars then parked it in the back of one of his barns where it has sat for the past 50+ years until we purchased it from his estate. If you have not heard of Lee Roy please look him up in the internet he was an amazing car collector. After purchasing this car from the estate we had our guys go through it and to our amazement with a little bit of love she fired right up and the flat 8 sounds great. We were able to drive it around the lot with no problem. I didn't and won't go on the main streets with out going through the brakes...but I'll leave that up to the next buyer. The car as a whole is very sound with little rust and from what I know about these cars seems to be 100% original. As you can see from the pictures it needs a little TLC....but overall it's an amazing barn find. The front left tire will hold air for about 5 minutes. Just long enough to load it on a trailer. As amazing as this car is it's still a barn find and please don't expect to fly in a drive it home. You will need to put some blood sweat and tears into it.
