2000 Ford Contour NOT A SALVAGE TITLE Great car to repair or for the DIY’er… It’s a 2.5 liter V6 (not a 2.0L as ebay says, see pictures), automatic Trans, just short of 126K miles. The car was hit in the left front, the air bag didn’t go off and the frame doesn’t appear to be damaged. I have most of the maintenance records since new. Th Engine and Trans work great, you can start it up and hear it run. The engine oil was changed every 3000 miles religiously, and the transmission was flushed and filled with synthetic fluid. This Contour was an Arizona car up until I brought it back in February of 2009. This car was extremely well maintained and cared for. The running gear, engine and transmission are in top condition. The interior perfect no rips or tears anywhere, everything works as it should, it’s just damaged and I don’t want to fix it. I was planning to keep this car until my daughter wrecked it. This is great car to repair. If I add up what I have into this car I will cry!
