This auction is for my 1979 Chevrolet Camaro Z28. It is a factory 4 speed car. The odometer reads 54,753 miles, but is more likely 154,753 miles. The car has no rust. The car was originally painted BLACK from the factory, but was changed to BLUE by the previous owners. The car does have the factory BLACK interior. The dash pad is in great condition and the gauges work as they should, except for the clock of course. All the lights work as they should. The door panels have been replaced with nice original BLACK door panels from another 1979 Camaro Z28, as the originals were weathered. The radio was also removed by the previous owners. I had an Alpine AM/FM/CD/USB unit professionally installed. The car also comes with the original build sheet, which was removed from behind the rear seats, and the owner's manual. I also had a new windshield installed. The car has the original 350 (5.7 liter) Small Block Chevrolet engine, Super T-10 transmission and the factory 3.73 limited-slip differential. The Z28 revs a little high on the freeway, due to the 3.73 rearend gears. The car runs very well though and has a lot of power. The engine has an aftermarket Holley intake manifold, Holley carburetor, K&N (14x3") air-cleaner and full-length headers. The original Z28 cast-iron exhaust manifolds will be included with the car. A 2.5" Flowmaster exhaust was professionally installed recently and it sounds amazing, but not too loud. The Z28 has the factory springs and heavy-duty (thick) front & rear sway bars. I also installed new 225/70-15" tires (factory size) and they have about 300 miles on them. The Z28 has the factory original (15x7") N90 turbine wheels, with new lug nuts and Z28 center caps. An extra set of 15x7" (Gold) N90 turbine wheels will be included in the trunk. The car comes with the spare tire as well. Over all, this is a really fun car to drive and definitely a head-turner. The car needs a little TLC and some detailing. There are small chips in the paint, but still has a very nice shine. This would be a great candidate to re-paint and have an incredible show car or drive it like it is and enjoy it. I use the car daily, so the mileage may go up slightly. NO RESERVE.
