If your looking at this your probably aware of how reliable these rigs are and how they go and go and go and how they are getting harder and harder to find in fair shape at a decent price. This one needs some body work in areas but nothing too extreme....doors are rusty at the bottoms, gas tank cap rusted through and a few other areas but nothing that can't be fixed. The frame is solid and the underbody shows little rust, the brake lines seem solid and the running gear seems decent too. It has many miles and I really don't know much about it other than I bought it with the intention of dropping a used or rebuilt engine in to replace the currently non running one now. The previous owner (who owned it for a while) says he heard it knocking and pulled over, shut it off and had it towed home. After getting it home he tried cranking it over but no go. A used engine with over 100k miles cost about $1300-$1800 shipped and it seems like a pretty simple process to swap out. I was thinking I would pull the engine, swap in the used but running one and then rebuild the dead one and sell it or keep it for later but I've since aquired a newer rig and I am willing to let this one go. I don't know how it would drive after it's running and can only offer my opinion and pictures to explain it's condition.Due to a non paying bidder I am relisting...NON refundable $500 deposit due within 24 of auctions close and remaining amount due within 3 days of auction close.
