I bought this truck with the intentions of restoring it a few years ago,but since have not found time nor a place to do so.I hate to see sit and rot.So here is a run down of what i know about the truck.I bought it not running.Seems that is has probably jumped time as compression is very low in numerous cylinders.Has a 350/350 set up.Hugger orange/black 2 tone paint scheme is the way it came from the factory as can be seen in the glovebox door.Truck has alot of potential.Has the obvious rust issues these trucks have some have been repaired in a unprofessional way.here's list of goods and bads.If you have any questions I can be reached at 980-239-2825 The good, Bed is near perfect,including floor,supports,and skins,wheelhouses on the inside have some rust coming up where they bolt down to the floor. Tailgate has some rust repairs on the bottom Hood is solid,no rust,slight dings Inner rockers are solid Floor pans near perfect,slight rust near the door edges Driver inner fender is solid,passenger is also except the very bottom where battery acid leaks,although the battery tray is solid. Firewall and cowl is solid from what is exposed to the eye Roof drip rail seems to be solid,It maybe hiding rust with bondo,etc.Has some rust poking through. Very solid seat and base The bad, Rust on bottom rear driver fender Rust on both bottom pass fender Both driver and passenger doors are rusty on the bottoms All 4 outer cab supports have a little rust,not horrible,mostly pitting or a small hole Cab corners,need work,but I don't think they need to be replaced Both outer rockers have been covered over with a rocker skin rivited in the jams. Rust above center windshield Beat up front bumper and grill assembly Thats everything i can think of.Everything i explained is with the idea of it being a show quality truck.It has alot of potential.It would make a nice driver as it sits.Panels are all pretty straight.Does not include the carb or battery in the pic On Oct-02-12 at 09:02:54 PDT, seller added the following information:
