About the Car: I received this car from my friend after he wrecked my BMW M3, I have put around 6,000 miles on this car and I've enjoyed it very much. I have driven this car every day for 5 months, the only issue I have ever had with it was the AC compressor went out. New parts include: AC Compressor. Radiator Serpentine belt OEM Clutch, (3,000) miles ago Battery Ceramic Brake pads The car does have a rebuilt-title from an auto accident in Texas, the car has a few minor dents/dings on the sides, I tried capturing these in the video but they are hard to see unless looking at from the right angle. The cars rotors are not horrible, but will need replaced soon, the breaks also squeak the first couple of times you stop, I'm assuming this is because of the rotors ( I bought the ultra-quite ceramic break pads). The car is a 5 speed manual transmission, the car does have keyless entry, but the plastic piece that holds it on your key-chain broke. The biggest issue with the car is that 3rd gear will occasionally grind. If you shift it gently into third you won't have an issue and it won't grind, ( I've noticed if you let the RPM's drop below 3,000 and then put it into third it doesn't grind ) I have taken this to my mechanic and it needs a new synchro. The car does NOT slip out of gear, and will also go into third, it will just grind. This is a pretty common problem for Evos. The car title claims there is an odometer mileage discrepancy this was due to the notary making a mistake and checking the box when the title was being transferred to my friend, the miles are 100% accurate. Also, due to the straight pipe turbo exhaust there is a check engine light on. You can confirm this with an engine code reader. I do also have the original stock exhaust. The front grill will need some touch up paint, and a new Mitsubishi Symbol for the front grill. I will attach a link to a Youtube video of the car on a cold start.
