Vehicle Detail

Up for bid is my 1968 Camaro SS Clone. Odometer shows 28,612 miles. The car has a 350 with 4 barrel Holley carburetor(new), Edelbrock performer intake, HEI ignition, cam with some lope to it, headers, and TH350 trans with a B&M shifter and shift kit. The trans was overhauled in 2005 at about 26,000 miles. I also just installed a new battery and reman starter. The car was using synthetic oil when I bought it and I have continued using it since. The car has a 10 bolt rear with unknown gear ratio. It has manual drum brakes in the rear with the rear brake shoes replaced, drums resurfaced, and wheel bearings repacked at 18,585 miles. It has disc brakes in the front with stainless steel hoses that were also done at 18,585 miles. The front suspension was also completely rebuilt at 18,585 miles and has polyurethane bushings and lowering springs in the front. The rear also had new springs and bushings installed around this time. It is a manual steering car and all steering components appear to be in good shape. The interior is pretty much original and in good condition. It has new carpet and sound deadener installed. There is no stock radio. The body appears to be all original sheet metal except for the hood, which is a metal cowl. It has American Eagle wheels with BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW tires 245/45ZR17 in front and 275/40ZR17 in the rear that were put on about 25,000 miles in 2004. That leads me to why I am selling the car. I have only driven the car about 3,000 miles in the past 8 years and with 3 kids I do not have time for the car. The car has been garage kept the entire time I have owned it, which has been about 9 years now. Hoping that it can go to someone who has the time to drive and enjoy it. The car is not perfect with a few scratches and dings, but overall it is a very nice driver.
