LOW RESERVE !! Nice black 1981 Pontiac Firebird, its a Firebird not a Trans Am but with a set of wheel flares, some front fender scoops and a decal set it would look just like one! It has a 305 Chevy engine and a mild cam, 194 heads, Holley 650 carb, two speed Powerglide transmission, front disc brakes and drum brakes in the back. All new (4) shocks, new sway bar links (both sides). True dual exhaust, very solid car. It starts first time everytime. It has a puff of blue smoke when you first start it, the valve seals leak a little. It runs and drives good but isn't something so radical you wouldn't want to put a younger driver in... its more bark than bite, the dual exhaust sound wicked but this is a cruiser not a race car...it just sounds like it is. The paint is shiny but not show quality and the interior could use a little help as shown in the photos but the frame rails, trunk, floor pans and rockers are solid. This car will be a great hot rod to have fun with, and make it your way. Also a very solid foundation for someone that might want to take the car to a high level restoration.
