This does have some scratches on the crankcase cover and rear fairing has a hole and scratches. The front brakes need bleeding but the rear brakes are perfect. It has aftermarket turn signals and throttle. The upper fairing is damaged. No mechanical problems. Runs perfect. Good tires. The rims have a few scratches on them also.
