This is definitely not the case. If you talk to a Dodge service tech, you will learn that it is very difficult to turn back mileage on these digital speedometers. You may be able to replace them but not turn them back. The only thing that may have happened is that at one particular service visit, the mileage was written down wrong and entered into the computer wrong.
