SUPER CLEAN!!! I'm selling my SUPER SWEET ST1300 motorcycle. This is my personal bike, it is too much bike for me now a days after the lung transplant and all. I'm going to buy a much smaller bike, prolly 1/2 the CCs or less for now. My muscles are just not strong enough and I'm on a ton of medicines too. So I'm offering up for Auction or Buy it Now, this sweet bike and "NO RESERVE" but with a conservative beginning bid price. The bike is completely stock except for the minor items listed. I am a member at ST-Owners.com online forum great place to know and learn about these awesome state of the art machines. I bought this fine piece of machinery in June 2008, it was a brand new 2006. I have the clear Title in my hand! It is just now starting to broken in, the engine is really tight and still has that famous ST1300, Jestson mobile whine to it that they are known for. This bike has always been in the garage since day one. There is no Tool Kit, I never Received one From Mid-Ohio Suzuki Honda when I bought the bike Brand New. It does have the original Owners Manual for it. EVERYTHING WORKS AWESOME AS IT SHOULD! : ) The windsheild goes up and down as it should, I have never taken the windsheild off to change the preliminary manual height adjustment. I took painstaking care to not scratch or scuff the inside or outside of the windsheild so its in great shape. This bike has NEVER been down on its side or on its back, niether wrecked nor has it ever even fallen over! The most I have hurt the bike was from being too close to the garage wall when parking in my garage, but I tried to rub all the latex paint off of it for you, so look close at the outside of the mirror. There is a tiny 1.5mm diameter chip near the gas cap see pics, I don't remember how it got there it just showed up one day. There are some small scuffs on the saddle bags from my wifes shoes and or boots dragging across them during getting on and off. There are also some surface scuffs on the pillion handles from bungee cords but its really not that bad see pics. I have had ZILCH (None, No) trouble with this darling bike what so ever. I Call it My "Baby Wing" because its like a baby GoldWing! I have never taken the plastic fairings off of it. I never cut any wires. I bought a factory Honda power supply and wiring harness connector but never installed it (selling separately). My life experience is, when things fail it is usually because of human intervention or human error and I didnt want electrical troubles so the harness has never been touched or cut! I did shorten up the rear fender a little which made it look cooler. I have also meticulously installed 1-1/4" up and 1" back aluminum risers under the handle bars (the cables do not pull either). I had the front and rear Seat re-stuffed in Florida by "Spencer" who is well know for his seat stuffing magic (look this up, he specializes in ST1300s). I believed he use a combination of memory foam and some type of honeycomb stuffing. He re-used the same original coverings which seem perfect. We rode from Columbus Ohio to Penn State College in one day with the new seats. I changed the oil with fully synthetic oil as always on Sunday 16 Sep 12. This was the 5th oil change. At 1200 miles, near the beginning, I replaced the final drive gear oil and Engine Oil as recomended. The Tires are DUNLOP "ROADSMART" tires where the center of the tire is a harder compound and the sides of the tires are softer compound for cornering. The rear tire has approximately less than 3500 miles on it and it has slight if any flatspot in the middle, for the most part it is nice and round. The front tire has about 9000 and needs replaced soon. This Bike DOES NOT have anti-lock brakes, I think this is a plus. If you search Motorcycle Shipping, there are many companies that will prep and ship this bike from my house to yours, they will give you estimates either online or over the phone. I'm guessin about, depending where you live, and who you choose, $600 to $1200 to ship within the United States, like I said, thats a guess so don't hold me to it, check for yourself. I live in Blacklick, Ohio, 43004, this will help you get prices/estimates. Or you can pick it up from my house in the evenings workdays after 4p.m. eastern or on weekends most any time. I have the original "HONDA" emblem (5" long plastic chrome) that goes on the front. You can put it back on if you want with fresh double sided tape. Also, the stickers you see on it will come right off, crosses and donate life stickers, they are just vinyl not paper or paint. The Donate Life on the windshield is a cling thing, you do not get that one, I am taking it off tomorrow. Unless you buy it now and tell me to leave it on there.
