Thank you. 2006 Lincoln Navigator - Ultimate Elite Package - 75,000 miles NON-Smoking V8, 5.4 Liter Engine - Automatic Transmission - 4 Wheel Drive - Towing Package CD (Multi Disc), Navigation System, DVD system Dual Leather Power Seats - 3 rows of seats (3rd row power sliding seats) Heated and A/C Seats Moon Roof and Roof Rack Automatic Running Boards Brand new battery Clear Title - In Hand Vehicle is in great running/mechanical condition. Engine, transmission, and air suspension are all in tip top shape along with the engine components. It has zero leaks and has no warning lights on. AC and heat work great. All functions operate correctly. Recently replaced ABS and Tire pressure monitor sensors as well as the front air suspension lines. Oil change on 9-15-12. Brand new battery. Interior is in great overall condition with just some slight signs of normal wear and tear (no rips in leather). The body is in good over all shape with a few blemishes here and there. The vehicle is rust-free, but the lift gate does have some oxidation as it is made out of aluminium (aluminium does not rust). Due to the blemishes on the body this vehicle would be considered in between the very good and good condition according to Kelly Blue book. I had a few estimates from some different body-shops and it would cost between $900.00-$1,200 to touch up the surface blemishes and repair the oxidation on the lift gate. I am not trying to get rich off this vehicle and that is why I am selling it so far below Kelly Blue Book. I don't feel like fixing the cosmetic blemishes so I am selling this vehicle at a great deal. If someone wanted the body to look perfect you are looking at putting an additional $900 to $1,2000 in cosmetic repairs. If you don't care about a few surface blemishes, then you are getting this vehicle at en extreme value. If you would like to recondition the body a bit, you are still getting the vehicle under KBB value even after the minor repairs.
