1966 Ford F600 with an 8x16 flatbed. 330 cubic inch V8. 4 speed transmission with a 2 speed rearend and PTO. Only 12,772 original miles. 6 new tires and tubes. New exhaust from the manifolds back. I bought this truck 7 years ago to haul building material and trash when I was building my shop. At that time I built the wooden sides it has on it now and had to replace the tires and exhaust. The truck ran absoultely flawless during that time. Now that the shop is finished it's just sitting inside and taking up valuable space. I intended to continue using it around the house, but damaged the fender the last time I drove it to pull it in the shop. Apparently the master cylinder had run dry and when I hit the brakes nothing happened. I rolled back a little too far and caught the door on an immovable object before I could grab the parking brake to get it stopped. That was about 4 years ago and it's been in the shop ever since. So as it sits now there is the damage to the fender, it needs a battery and the master cylinder is dry. I would fix it but I just don't have the time right now and could use the extra space selling it would free up. The reason for the low mileage is this truck was originally a fire truck in Starr, SC. After that it was used as a farm truck. That's the history of the truck I was given from the guy I bought it from. Please let me know if you have any questions and I will do the best I can to answer them. I originally paid $2500 for the truck plus and additional $1200 for the tires and exhaust. So you can buy it now for much less than I have in it. Truck is sold as is where is with no warranty. I would prefer a local sell, but willing to ship at buyer's expense.
