1986 Chevrolet El Camino Choo Choo Choo Choo Options: choo choo wheels (made to look like train) side pipes (with inserts-can be connected) hood scoop F41 suspension package (rides like it's on rails) Guage package (less tach - can be added) for sale 1986 Chevrolet El Camino Choo Choo custom by 3rd Florida owner owned since 2006 - original condition except for motor - the 2nd owner put in a new GM crate motor now has about 12K car has 103K. This has always been a florida car excellent body, floors, bed (has has solid tonneau cover MAY be removed prior to sale) interior is original carpet, seats, radio, headliner all in reasonably good condition. It has tilt steering and a 60/40 split bench seat. I bought this daily driver to restore to a more pristine condition because it is a Choo Choo but have only driven it 2 or 3k in 6 years so I took the plate off for another vehicle. It is not my only El Camino, I have owned as many as 10 over the years, and I can assure you this is a good clean straight solid car, it is hard to find bed, body and floors in this good of condition. This is not a repaired and painted rust bucket or a clone. I have owned and driven this car locally for 6 years and wouldn't be afraid to go anywhere.This is a used car it has some minor issues like the fuel guage, door locks and cruise control don't work. the air needs recharge I only topped it off once in 6 years. it works, this is florida, I use it. The paint is not perfect and the dash has the typical cracks. I don't know a lot about the motor it is a new GM crate motor with center bolt valve covers,cam, high rise aluminum intake with holley 600 and headers with dual exhaust. I havent worked on this car and it doesn't seem likely soon, I have other projects. the value of this Choo Choo won't go down, there were only couple thousand made. So a paint job, new carpet, dash and some minor repairs would easily more than double or even triple the value of this car. The reserve is more like a plain jane so the new owner will have equity to make this car what it should be. If the BUY IT NOW is used the tonneau cover and tires are included and stay on the car, OTHERWISE if only the RESERVE is met the tonneau cover will be removed and repainted black and put on another camino. the cooper cobra tires will go on some aluminum slots for my 64 camino. the choo choo wheels remain with the choo choo. Let me repeat that if buy it now is used the choo choo will go to the new owner as is and if it meets reserve the tonneau cover and tires will be removed and NOT included in sale. I need the garage space and the money would help to do my 64. Ask seller a question and i will respond or exchange phone #s so we can talk. Of course I suggest and invite viewing prior to auction end.
