The coupe is a less common varient of the popular Regal sedan. It shares the same drivetrain but with a more attractive sporty look. The torquey 3.8L V6 in a small, light body like this makes it a very quick car. As you can see in the pictures, the exterior of this Regal is in average condition for the age. It has some paint blemishes and touch-ups. The blue paint and alloy wheels look sharp. The wheels are wrapped in radial tires with good tread. All of the glass and lights are in good condition. The interior of the car is likewise in average condition. The cushy Buick seats are comfortable. The factory stereo has good radio reception. The door panels show the normal wear and tear and the driver's side power accessories switches do not work. The passenger window works well. There is a set of heavy rubber floormats to protect the carpets. The 3.8L V6 engine is in good working order. That engine is a simple, reliable powerplant, argueably the best engine GM ever put in a small car. It is easy and inexpensive to maintain. The transmission shifts well. This car rides decently; it would be improved with a new set of shocks. The aftermaket exhaust that you can see in the pictures is quiet. It is barely noticable in the car, and with the stereo on you cannot hear it at all. The brakes bring you to a stop easily. If you are looking for an inexpensive, easy to maintain vehicle, look no further. This is a car that will get around town or ride on the highway with no complaints and that anyone with a driveway, a decent set of tools, and a little knowledge can keep running for years.
