This is a great running, great driving Honda CB 400 Four Super Sport. It starts right up and runs and idle perfectly. Their are no mechanical issues whatsoever with this bike. All gauges, lights, turn signals and horn work as they should. The gas tank is pristine on the inside. Petcock has been rebuild and operates like new. Battery is new. Tires have only a few hundred miles and display no dry rot, have excellent tread. Front and rear brakes are excellent and don't need anything at this time. This bike has the original four into one exhaust, headers and muffler are the original OEM Honda pieces. The original air box is still intact. The under seat tool kit comes with the bike as does the original owners manual. Their have been some upgrades to this bike, but done in a way to keep the original look while increasing the driveability and safety of the bike. The seat is the original pan, and foam, and has been recovered in a beautiful black, durable leather for comfort and wear longevity. The front brake master cylinder was replaced-all of the OEM master cylinders are a known weak point of these bikes-this one has been replaced with a modern more powerful and reliable unit, including an adjustable brake lever. This bike features the safer 1977 gas tank with locking cover. The front forks seals have been replaced and there is no leakage or pitting on the forks. All cables are in good shape. No oil leaks. Here is video of bike: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i1E3K6FWPKY&sns=em Chrome is overall very good, the rear fender is showing some chrome age related patina but still looks acceptable. Clutch works fine, no slipping or strange noises. This bike is in great overall condition. It gets tremendous attention,is super reliable and is one of the most collectible Honda motorcycles ever made. It a very good everyday vintage rider. Located in Southern CT can be shipped worldwide.
