Up for bids is a rare 1966 Porsche 911. This car is the first generation of the venerable Porsche 911. These cars are considered the purest form of the Porsche 911. Featuring a two liter flat six engine and very clean aerodynamic styling, the 911 was very ahead of its time. The car we are offering is an example of an early short wheelbase, two liter car. Our car has an extremely original interior and is painted a very nice shade of red that really highlights the black interior. The body panels are in very good shape as well as the chrome. This car runs but it is not currently street worthy due to needing tires and needing to looked over by a qualified mechanic. This car is a perfect candidate for restoration or it could be made into a nice driver with a major overhaul and new tires. The car has had recent brake service. Car is very complete with the exception of the spare wheel and tire, jack and tool roll.
