Up for sale a timeless classic just in time for the 50th Mustang Anniversary. This 1966 Mustang convertible is rust free and still retains all of it's original sheet-metal. Has been stored in the dry since 1984. Low mileage, original. The car is very well equipped with an "A code" V8 289, with factory 4 barrel, the transmission is a C4 automatic. The drive-train is numbers matching and original to the car. The mustang has dual exhaust that exits through a GT valance pan with GT exhaust tips. In the interior the car has the very desirable "Pony" interior package, full length floor console, wood-grain dash and glove-box, deluxe steering wheel, tinted glass, power top that works great, original AM radio. In the trunk the car has it's original spare tire, jack, and handle. Car was taken to a large car show last weekend and received many looks and compliments.
