Each vehicle I sell is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1992 Toyota Celica GT convertible. The Toyota Celica was one of the longest running sports cars ever produced. Spanning thirty-six years and seven generations of production, the Toyota Celica is one of the most recognizable cars on the road. In fact, most of us have dreamed of owning a Celica at some point in our life no matter how old we are, haha. I would rate the exterior condition of this Celica GT to be ABOVE AVERAGE for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a sharp looking car. The red finish shines very well for Toyota red. The body lines are clean and smooth all the way around this car. There is no noteworthy damage to report and NO BODY RUST that I could see either. The alloy wheels look great and are wrapped in a matching set of tires with good tread all around. The convertible top shows a few minor signs of wear but is in great condition overall. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. Please take the time to check out each of the photos closely. I would rate the interior of this Celica GT to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are clean and tight throughout. The carpets show well for the age of this vehicle. There is a small amount of wear visible on the drivers seatbut, again, the seats are in great shape for the age of this vehicle. The inside liner of the top looks great. The dash looks great. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work properly. The top goes down quickly with the touch of a button. The trunk is clean and spacious for a convertible. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The air conditining will need charged or serviced as it does not blow cold. The stereo has been upgraded to a Sony CD player. It powers on but I can't figure out how to work it. This is a very comfortable car to drive and is a very well designed convertible. Mechanically, this Celica appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.2L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. This engine has been a staple in the Toyota family for a long time and is known to go well into the high 200's with proper care. The suspension feels nice and tight all around. The steering is neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this vehicle with no complaints. There are no warning lights on. The engine keeps proper temperature, too. This is an easy car to drive. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip. Gear changes are nice and smooth through the manual transmission. This is a very quick convertible. The engine makes good power and accelleration is smooth. She cruises nice and strait down the highway with no complaints. It has a newer PA safety inspection that is good through June of 2013. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomidating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you may show up and no one is here. Accepted Payment Methods: Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw. Paypal is accepted for the initial deposit only...not the balance. This includes Bill Me Later. All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $5/day. Bid Retractions/Changes: I take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. The stereo has been upgraded to a Sony CD player. It powers on but I can't figure out how to work it. This is a very comfortable car to drive and is a very well designed convertible.
Mechanically, this Celica appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.2L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. This engine has been a staple in the Toyota family for a long time and is known to go well into the high 200's with proper care. The suspension feels nice and tight all around. The steering is neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this vehicle with no complaints. There are no warning lights on. The engine keeps proper temperature, too. This is an easy car to drive. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip. Gear changes are nice and smooth through the manual transmission. This is a very quick convertible. The engine makes good power and accelleration is smooth. She cruises nice and strait down the highway with no complaints. It has a newer PA safety inspection that is good through June of 2013. Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomidating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you may show up and no one is here.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is accepted for the initial deposit only...not the balance. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $5/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
I take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
