This beautiful 2004 BMW 330i had 2 previous owners and no reported accidents per the AutoCheck Report shown above. It has a valid NJ inspection sticker through 12/12, and it runs fantastic. Everything in the vehicle is fully operational. All interior/exterior lights and signals are fully operational. This vehicle has a branded title, basically meaning that after the car was purchased in NY state the owner of the car brought the vehicle to the manufacturer and fought a lemon law case against BMW which the manufacturer fought and lost due to the strict laws in NY state. The vehicle had only 8,000 miles when this vehicle was bought back by the manufacturer which is rather odd. In order to sell a vehicle with a branded title the manufacturer must have fixed the vehicle before selling it again. The vehicle was later purchased and re-registered locally in NJ and has been driven ever since until it was traded in at a local new car dealership in town. When we purchased the vehicle the dealer explained that the reason that the car has a branded title or a "buyback" title is because of the alignment of the vehicle. However, the alignment on this car is perfect, which I give a thorough example of in the video posted and has obviously been fixed a long while ago. Lemon laws vary greatly from state to state so rest assured that the vehicle does have a valid and can be registered in case you were wondering or concerned about the title. You may want to check with your local DMV in your state if registering a car with a branded title just to be sure, although I have never come across such an issue. I test drove this vehicle for 130 miles on both the highway and backroads and it performed fanstastic. This is a complete car, the motor sounds fantastic and there are no warning lights on the dash whatsoever. The transmissions shifts perfectly smooth (SEE VIDEO for a test drive) and the brakes are great, no odd sounds whatsoever. The alignment is perfect on the vehicle despite the reason it was bought back by the dealer which I show in the video. The engine bay is super clean and all the fluids are at proper levels. The interior is fully loaded and has a ton of great features. All interior gadgets are fully operational as I mentioned. This car is fully wired for SIRIUS radio and comes with the remote so all you will need is the device and subscription if thats important to you. The Harmon/Kardon speakers sound fantastic and are all functional, no blown or distorted speakers whatsoever. The interior is in fantastic condition for the year and miles as you can see in the pictures and video posted. The carpets are in impeccable shape and the interior smells fantastic, no pet odor or smoke smell whatsoever, this was certainly a non smoker vehicle. The leather seats are also in fantastic shape. There is a few scratches in the drivers seat cushion which I point out in the video and pictures, but other than that the rest of the seats are flawless and look great. The dash area is super clean and the wood accents are flawless. The sunroof is fully operational as well. The heated seats are also fully operational in case your wondering. The AC is blowing cold as well. The exterior is also in fantastic shape. The headlights are super clear and bright and working on every setting including the fog lights. The paint looks fantastic. There are very few minor dings which I point out in the video. The clearcoat is fully intact on the entire car. There is a extremely small chip in the windshield (on passengers side) not in the drivers view that I also point out in the video. The rims are in great condition as well and the tires are like new, all matching. This vehicle does come with a spare in the trunk along with a Jack/Wrench. This vehicle also comes with:
