This car was purchased in 1978 by me and completely restored at that time with all original parts. We have the original copy of Workshop Manual MG Midget Series TD and TF manual used by the company restoring this car. Along with this manual are the records of the restoration in 1978-79. This car is in original condition with no rust and paint is in excellent condition. The black interior is also in excellent shape. Car runs and is drivable. The transmission is original non-syschro 1st. gear being a little noisy but does not pop out of gear and it shift well. Brakes are good, master cylinder and rear wheel cylinders are good along with parking brake which works as designed. Tires have very low mileage. This car was stored in a heated, dry, insulated garage for the past 34 years and was started and ran each year. I purchased this car from an estate where the car was stored in a barn for many years and after restoration was used to take the Grandkids for a Sunday ride around our area. This is the reason car has very little mileage. Now that the Grandchildren are no longer Kids, it's time for someone else to enjoy this car with their Grandchildren. The car is located in Rhode Island and can be seen at any time.
