This vehicle was purchased by a family friend, and has not been on the road since 2001. Recently, it has been pulled from the garage where it has resided for quite some time. After some cleaning and shining, the little MG seems to be pretty much what it was when it was first parked, with the one major exception: it was running and driving at that time. Now, the engine appears to be stuck. Uncle Dan, as we love to call him, doesn't have the stamina to restore the car as he once had intended, so this motor issue was the final insult to him. As the pictures will demonstrate, the interior of the car is in pretty nice shape. The dashboard is uncracked, the door panels are nice, the seats are usable, but should be restored, if you choose. As far as rust is concerned, you will see some popping through on the bottom of the doors and rockers. My guess is that you might need to replace or repair the rockers. The trunk floor is still solid with some surfuce rust showing. Both the passenger and driver floor appear to be solid. The frame appears to be solid, but it is soft in a couple of spots. You will see an extra soft top and boot as well as a spare tire and jack which will be included. Also, don't forget that this car only has 81,000 miles.
