Up for Auction (NO RESEREVE) 1965 Ford F100 Pickup Longbed Custom Cab Truck has 390 V8 Engine 3 speed Manual Transmission Under Dash Air Conditioning Body Straight Overall with only Minor Dents & Dings Very Little Rust For Being 47 Yrs old Floor Pan is Solid as well as Rocker panels Bed is straight and tailgate works great Bed has typical rust inside front but mostly surface Front Grille & Bumper Near Perfect with only very minor dings Hood, fender wells, battery box, etc very good with only minor rust issues., Picture of battery box included. Cab had minor dent near drivers door which was pull out with dent puller, not bad just needs minor bondo repair front glass has crack Truck could use some new shocks. Windows roll up and down good and doors close tight, but needs new seals. Lights all seem to work, but d/s taillight is cracked. Motor starts & runs good Motor was rebuit in 2002 and has had only 127 miles driven since rebuit according to documents and odometer. Truck pretty much sat since rebuit in 2002. I flushed gas tank and fuel lines and changed oil, oil filter, and fuel filter pryor to starting. Truck does not have current tags or inspection. Interior in decent shape other than I put new seat cover over orginal seat which is in poor condition. Headliner not torn but sagging in areas. Factory radio intact, but does not come on. All instrument gauges work, although the temp & oil guages where installed below dash and do work with good oil pressure and does not overheat. A/C Complete but missing belt and compressor seems good, but will need charged, I have 3 cans R12 to go with truck. Transmission and clutch seem good. I had install tires & rims off of 1986 F150 & tires are decent. Truck has new exhaust w/new headers front to back (I have reciepts $400). I have clear Texas Title, last issued 1973. I recommend towing truck, but if you decide to drive, it will be at your own risk, as truck has been sitting at least since 2003 other than I drove around my property. I don't Think you will find a cleaner Truck for the money, it is in my opinion 98% rust free and mostly surface, it starts everytime and runs smooth, This Truck other than tires, wheels, and exhaust is original and considering it's age with a little work it would be in the $10,000 range, again that is my opinion.
