I have for sale a rare find. A 1963 Buick Special Skylark 2 door hardtop coupe (as the window sticker reads) with 215 Aluminum block V8 rated at 200 HP. the car is in stellar shape! 41,000 original miles. IT has Absolutely NO RUST! belly/floor pan is in perfect condition. Take the car anywhere. I drove the car on the freeway at 75 miles an hour and it handles great! the car starts right up with no issues. Everything in or on the car works, cigarette lighter, heater, windshield wipers, head lights tail lights, signals interior lights, everything! the doors "snick" shut like new. has all the original glass. the car is super clean. has original jack trunk padding and engine bay fire padding all original decals in the engine bay and on the air cleaner. It also has the original glass bottle windshield wiper fluid reserve. all the hubcaps in great condition. no cracks on the steering wheel. has the original bias ply Firestone spare tire. glove box is super clean and appears it has never been smoked in. all ash trays are like new chrome and shiny. I also have the original owners manual and the Original Window sticker. I traded some carpentry work for the car. I got it from the man I did the work for who got it from the original owner. Story goes the Original Owner purchased the car for his wife to drive and she drove it very little. She passed away and the car sat in his garage for many years. He never drove the car and decided to sell it to his friend and that's who I traded the work for the car to. I am just out the money and the Labor I did the work for so I am setting my reserve for that price.. I have no use for the car but it sure is fun to drive. Bottom line is I need to get paid for my work. I have the Clear Title in my hands and the winning bidder will take her home. This car has a couple of minor issues one it has a minor brake line leak, nothing serious but will need to fix. the car is drivable as is. the other is a minor rip on the cloth in the driver seat, nothing major again but should be fixed.
