Vehicle Detail
Up for bids is my 1952 plymouth business coupe. Car had an older restoration done to it about 16 years ago. Motor was gone through, floors were installed, painted, and a new interior installed. Custom Interior by superior. Car now has some rust here and there on the body coming through and could use a paint job again. No major rust. Car has been lowered. Looks great how it is. Car has the original straight six with a three speed manual on the column. Car is a good cruiser the way it is or could be freshened up. I would keep it but have no time to cruise it or show it. Its a waste to let it sit. I would rather let someone else enjoy it. I live in north Jersey if you have any questions or would like to view the car please let me know. Local pick up only, unless shipping is discussed with me. Thanks for lookingOn Aug-20-12 at 15:54:37 PDT, seller added the following information: I added some pictures of the trunk and underneath of the car. I belive they either patched the floors or laid the new pans inside the old ones. Any holes you see from underneath have new metal on top of them. Trunk has a hole in the front right side. No rust. Looks like something came up through it. A few welds will fix it. In my opinion I belive the car is very solid. I am no expert but have had the car doing 60 mph and went into some hard turns and feels very solid. If I was to keep the car I would under coat it, clean it up, and it should be good to go. Trying to be as honest as possible with it. Again any questions please feel free to ask. Floor is rusted but the heavy steel from frame to bolt is still good. Thanks
