Vehicle Detail
NO PAY FROM RWCGRAHAM - I plead with you not to bid if you do not have the money in hand. I have owned this car for years (purchased from a friend of mine that has gone away)and have had it Dry-stored for about 5 of years , just got it out , added a new battery , fuel and started it up .I have held out as long as I can and I must sell my 64 Plymouth Savoy Max Wedge. I have never offered this for sale , never taken to a car show, not shown to the public other than Mopar Collectors and Galen Govier about 5-6 years ago. As we are packing , if I find the original pictures then I will post them from the first day I bought it. 1964 Plymouth Savoy -Post Car Body Frame Off - Removed and Flipped Painted Arizona Dry Car (its only been in Arizona and New Mexico its whole life) 426 Max Wedge (Real Max Wedge - Casting # 2606780-1) Dual Car Cross Ram 426 Max Wedge Exhaust manifolds Dana Rear End (4:10 if I remember) Narrowed Rear End and Axles Wheels Custom Built (No cutting or notching on Body) 727 Trans= OEM/Mint Fresh Paint - New/Mint (1 scrape on door edge guard -not on panel) Chrome = New/Mint (1 spot on front bumper on underside that is not perfect or process issue) Stainless= New/Mint Taillights= New/Mint Bezels = New/Mint Tires = New/Mint Seats = OEM/MINT Dash = OEM/MINT Frt. Grille = OEM/MINT Headlight Chr=OEM/MINT Trim Detail= OEM/MINT Door Panels= OEM/MINT Instrument Panels= OEM /Mint (Plastic Chrome was removed, sent out and professionally done) Headliner = New/Mint Glass = OEM/MINT Handles/Cranks= OEM/MINT RegulatorsWindow =OEM/MINT I guess I could go on a name every thing that I replaced or had redone but not necessary as the pictures show everything and a 7 minute video will be attached. I had $68,000 of restoration , parts and engine done over a 2.5 year period, everytime I sold something from my collection I would take the proceeds and buy-find-hunt-locate whatever parts I needed to complete. I spent months and months going to National Parts Meets to find the correct OEM parts then having them done correctly. I stopped counting the money way back at $78k , probably have $105k in it total. Anyway the economy caught up with me, we stored it , raised it off the ground, covered it until recently. I re-filled all the levels, installed a new battery and fired it right up (I think in the cooler climate it will need to have a choke cable added to the primary carb). Whoever buys it will need to have it tuned up and all the fluid levels replaced and make it right for show again. Also a funny thing , it needs to be align , not sure how it can go out of alignment by storing it but maybe when it was shipped the did something, the underside is excellent and it is without issue. Selling as is , selling without reserve , I want to be paid within 3 days , I do not want to have a hassle with payment or anything- I would never ever sell this car if I did not need to. I can help set up shipping and make sure its loaded properly for the buyer.I want Enclosed shipping done on this vehicle or a waiver stating that you refused , I have too much sweat and time in this vehicle to see it thrown on an open carrier. Pls see Video from Storage http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UkbuelVL5-o&feature=youtu.beInspections are available most any time as long as I know when and where. If I missed something then please ask , if you look at my feedback you will see that anyone that has ever bought anything from me has been happy and never an issue, it has been a number of years (when we were all rich) I sold my $105k Alpine White 1970 Superbird to the collector in Florida about 5 years ago, if you look at the B.Jackson in Scottsdale I saw that he just resold it for $225k. -Email me and I will tell you the lot number. No matter...Good Luck and NO RESERVE. Pls see 7 Minute Video (No traffic Ticket this time !) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UkbuelVL5-o&feature=youtu.be Please not that the car is in Boise Idaho - No longer in Scottsdale Arizona ..... To be picked up in Boise. On Aug-07-12 at 08:23:02 PDT, seller added the following information: Fender Tag info: 1234567890 Y 9 Y ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ 6 I 5 119 0048 211 L1T KK1 The glare of the camera would not allow the picture to come out clearly so I took the tag off and got the numbers from looking at in on the reverse side. a 5 could be an S or some minor error , if you see something that I may have overlooked or missed then please e-mail me and i will try to get it right away for you. On Aug-24-12 at 19:46:43 PDT, seller added the following information: I been asked enough times, when the fire starts building , no Hemi can ever catch it ..... The rear is a Upgrade Dana Rear End with Spicer gears. I will repost if I can find the rear end ratio.
