For Sale is a BMW 530i 6 cyl 4 door Sedan Reason for selling is i need cash fast for a family emergency. Car is in great working condition but has a few minor issues so am SELLING AS IS! Had i not need the cash i would fix everything and sell it for over $9,000 UNDER THE HOOD Engine works great very reliable starts and runs every time.Here are the issues under the hood. 1) Need a new air condition fan. Current fan still works but sometimes the AC will stop working because the fan cuts out. Mechanic says need a new fan.2) Needs 3 new vacuum hoses. This is minor inexpensive parts and labor. INSIDE INTERIOR Interior looks nice but could use some TLC to clean it up nice. Issues include: Front Passenger window doesn't operate, needs a new motor. Sun roof doesn't operate. Not sure why, haven't tried to fix it yet.The Dashboard Panel was replace with a new sports style white background and after it was installed my mileage gauge jumped from 115,900 to 192,000 so I have to point out that the mileage indicated is not actual miles. I bought this car from a dealer in January of this year and the miles at the time of purchase and on my title is 115,660, so its impossible to put 76,340 miles in 7 months. That's my proof that the mileage is much much lower. Since i bought this car in January i only used it back and forth to work which is a total daily round trip of 15miles and around town errands. I bought it for $6300 at the dealer and since then has fixed most of the issues it had and the ones i mentioned are whats left to do. I also recently installed a BMW 5 series full body kit and Jader 18" Black Rims with low profile tires still very good threads. This car looks gorgeous and hate to sell but need cash fast so am selling under book value at current condition. So if you fix the remaining issues it's worth a lot more.
