In dry storage for the past 33 years; last on the road in 1979. Excellent restoration candidate as virtually every piece/part is on the car. Complete drive train, complete interior including seats, door panels, all original gauges, convertible top frame, factory or period dealer installed radio, and more are in place. Numbers and particulars have been compared with the Heritage Trust Certificate of the car and the VIN, Body Number, Rear Axle, and Gear Box all match ,as well as the Wire Wheels, Black Tonneau Cover, Adjustable Steering Column, etc. The engine number tag/plate is missing and appears not to have been on the engine for many years. However, thre is no evidence that engine was ever removed from the car. The car was originally Colorado Red but was changed to BRG at some point. The Heritage Trust Certificate comes with the car. The frame and outriggers all appear to be solid. The very front of the right-hand frame rail has some rust that will need repair (looks like the front of that rail may have lightly hit or scraped something at one time and subsequently rusted through on the very front end). The body has typical Healey rust and the rocker panels, floor pans, battery compartment bottom, and rear fender rust will need to be replaced or repaired. The engine turns over but no attempt has been made to start it. The car is located in Purcellville, Virginia and personal inspections are invited and encouraged.
