Up for sale is this nice 1978 VW Bus. Changes in life forces sale of vehicle. This is a very nice example of a Bay window Bus. The interior is in very good condition as seen from the photo (I removed one seat cover to show condition of seats) The body is in good condition.There are slight rust issues on the fenders, previous owner fixed incorrectly and the rust is starting to come through again. The floor pans are in excellent condition with only surface rust on the underneath of vehicle.The vehicle was completely undercoated at one time in its past but the undercoating is starting to come off. everything looks good. Transmission shift good. The engine runs good. It had been driven daily for the last year until my son left for the military in early july. Engine rebuilt with pistons and heads replaced 5000 miles ago!
