This 1972 Buick Electra has never been restored, rebuilt, or messed with. My grandmother bought it brand new, and stopped driving about 12 years ago. I am fairly certain that the 47,500 miles are original, because she lived across the street from her work at the Hershey chocolate factory and never drove the car until after she retired. As you can see, it needs a little love and some paint, but the car runs like a top. After sitting for almost 12 years with just an occasional drive, it started right up for me when I took these pictures. The interior is in mint condition, two of the tires leak off over a week or so, the vinyl top is flawless( due to years of armor all) and as I said, the car purrs like a kitten. Before it was parked, it had a new exhaust, and new brakes all around.
