At Luxosport, we sell vehicles differently than most dealres. Buying your next vehicle through one of our NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of buying a used vehicle. We personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so we can give my first hand opinion of how each unit runs and drives. Please keep in mind as you read this description that we are neither a mechanics nor do we operate a full service facility. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of our knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos closely BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1998 Volvo S70 GLT. The Volvo S70 is one of my favorite vehicles to buy. I've sold more of these than I could ever count. They are affordable, reliable, easy to maintain and are loaded with features found in much more expensive vehicles. I would rate the exterior of this Volvo S70 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a good looking car. This specific shade of green in hard to find and looks amazing. Green vehicles do not picture especially well for me. I don't know if it's the lighting in my shop or something with my camera so I apologize if any of the photos are difficult to see. As I said, this is a good looking vehicle. Please expect to find typical signs of wear and use that go along with an older vehicle. There are some scratches and scuffs on the bumpers and a few light scratches on the trunk lid, probably from a purse. Otherwise, there is no actual damage to report. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The power antenna still works properly. This car is equipped with optional alloy wheels which look good. The tires are average all around with the fronts showing more wear than the rears. The tires should be rotated to continue even wear. I would also rate the interior of this Volvo S70 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are clean and show minimal stretching of the leather. The carpets show some stains as you would expect on an older vehicle. There is a spot worn through in the drivers foot well where your left foot would be. The seats show well for their age. The headliner is clean and tight. The drivers seat is power operated and both front seats are heated. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof all appear to be working properly. This car comes with the original owners books as well as four keys and one remote, which still actually works. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. It offers independent temperatures for the right and left side of the interior. The air conditioning blows cold. The stereo is the original Volvo Premium Sound with CD which sounds great. The trunk is spacious and clean. Mechanically, this Volvo appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.4L turbocharged inline five cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I let all of my vehicles idle the whole time I wash, dry and photograph them (usually an hour). There was a small amount of oil on the floor when I pulled this Volvo outside. In fairness, I did not check the car prior but this engine is known for small oil leaks so it is probably a safe assumption that she has an oil leak (usually the front main seal which costs $175+- at a dealer). The suspension on this Volvo feels nice and tight. The steering has a little play but is good for the age of the car. The brakes stop this Volvo with no issues at all. She drives nice down the highway and only shows minimal vibration at highway speeds. The engine makes good power and purrs like a kitten with no excessive chatter. There is a check engine light on for an open trans solenoid. I would recommend a fluid change with a cleaning/lubricating detergent additive to free the sticking solenoid. There are no drivability issues associated with this code at this point. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The factory service book is filled in from new through 100k miles from a Volvo dealer. The service book stamps stop at 100k so I'm guessing the vehicle changed owners around then. Very few people take the time to have their service books stamped anymore. The engine runs nice and cool at all times. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomidating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you may show up and no one is here. Accepted Payment Methods: Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw. Paypal is accepted for the initial deposit only...not the balance. This includes Bill Me Later. All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $5/day. Bid Retractions/Changes: I take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. At Luxosport, we sell vehicles differently than most dealres. Buying your next vehicle through one of our NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of buying a used vehicle. We personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so we can give my first hand opinion of how each unit runs and drives. Please keep in mind as you read this description that we are neither a mechanics nor do we operate a full service facility. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of our knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos closely BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1998 Volvo S70 GLT. The Volvo S70 is one of my favorite vehicles to buy. I've sold more of these than I could ever count. They are affordable, reliable, easy to maintain and are loaded with features found in much more expensive vehicles. I would rate the exterior of this Volvo S70 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this is a good looking car. This specific shade of green in hard to find and looks amazing. Green vehicles do not picture especially well for me. I don't know if it's the lighting in my shop or something with my camera so I apologize if any of the photos are difficult to see. As I said, this is a good looking vehicle. Please expect to find typical signs of wear and use that go along with an older vehicle. There are some scratches and scuffs on the bumpers and a few light scratches on the trunk lid, probably from a purse. Otherwise, there is no actual damage to report. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. The power antenna still works properly. This car is equipped with optional alloy wheels which look good. The tires are average all around with the fronts showing more wear than the rears. The tires should be rotated to continue even wear.
I would also rate the interior of this Volvo S70 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door panels are clean and show minimal stretching of the leather. The carpets show some stains as you would expect on an older vehicle. There is a spot worn through in the drivers foot well where your left foot would be. The seats show well for their age. The headliner is clean and tight. The drivers seat is power operated and both front seats are heated. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof all appear to be working properly. This car comes with the original owners books as well as four keys and one remote, which still actually works. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. It offers independent temperatures for the right and left side of the interior. The air conditioning blows cold. The stereo is the original Volvo Premium Sound with CD which sounds great. The trunk is spacious and clean.
Mechanically, this Volvo appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.4L turbocharged inline five cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I let all of my vehicles idle the whole time I wash, dry and photograph them (usually an hour). There was a small amount of oil on the floor when I pulled this Volvo outside. In fairness, I did not check the car prior but this engine is known for small oil leaks so it is probably a safe assumption that she has an oil leak (usually the front main seal which costs $175+- at a dealer). The suspension on this Volvo feels nice and tight. The steering has a little play but is good for the age of the car. The brakes stop this Volvo with no issues at all. She drives nice down the highway and only shows minimal vibration at highway speeds. The engine makes good power and purrs like a kitten with no excessive chatter. There is a check engine light on for an open trans solenoid. I would recommend a fluid change with a cleaning/lubricating detergent additive to free the sticking solenoid. There are no drivability issues associated with this code at this point. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The factory service book is filled in from new through 100k miles from a Volvo dealer. The service book stamps stop at 100k so I'm guessing the vehicle changed owners around then. Very few people take the time to have their service books stamped anymore. The engine runs nice and cool at all times. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomidating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you may show up and no one is here.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is accepted for the initial deposit only...not the balance. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $5/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
I take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, each bidder enters into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should they be the successful bidder.
