Starts better and quicker than any electronic TDI engine I have owned (on the first crank). Only takes one 12v wire to run once started, can run totally submerged underwater. Exhaust sounds great and has nice turbo whistle. Planned on adding methanol injection rather than run an intercooler. Rear axle needs pinion seal. Brake master cylinder has a very small leak. Needs a parking brake cable. Body is not perfect and has some prior rust repair. Vehicle has been sitting for most of the past year, I would recommend a thorough once over before any long trips.
