We purchase all of our vehicles direct from car insurance auctions. Most of our vehicles are purchased salvage, requiring primarily cosmetic parts with no serious mechanical or electrical issues. For all of our vehicles that are professionally repaired at our facility, we are required by NJ State Law to pass a Salvage examination inspection, to ensure the safety of the vehicle in preparation to be driven. A previous salvage title will not affect insurance coverage or premiums. Placing a bid: By bidding on this vehicle you are entering into a legal binding contract to purchase this vehicle and agree to abide by all the terms of this sale. Vehicle Inspection: We encourage all potential buyers to contact us prior to the completion of this auction, to make arrangements to inspect this vehicle in person. This vehicle is available for inspection during our normal business hours, unless other arrangements are made in advance. Warranty: Unless stated otherwise, this vehicle is being sold with a 30 day or 1,000 mile engine and transmission warranty, whichever expires first, ONLY at our dealer location. Vehicle Transportation: Buyer is responsible for shipping and/or pick up of this vehicle. All shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Alternatively, obtaining insurance coverage will allow us to provide the buyer with either a 30 day NJ resident temporary tag or a 20 day Out Of State temporary tag. Sales Tax & Other Fees: All NJ buyers will be charged a 7% sales tax. All Out of State residents will be responsible for paying their own tax obligation in their home state. Additionally, please check with your local DMV for titling and registration requirements. Payment Information: The winning bidder is required to make a $500.00 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another potential buyer. The remaining balance is due within 7 days. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept cash, certified bank check, bank loan check, credit card, or wire transfer. We will not release the vehicle and /or title until the funds clear.
