Beautiful Black SPECIAL EDITION GTP!! As always, NO RESERVE! Honestly, if this car doesn't sell, I may have found a new daily driver for myself! Beautiful cars these rare Special Edition GTP versions are! As you may or may not know, I sell lots and lots of euro cars. Mostly Volvos. But if there's an American car I love, the Pontiac line is in my blood! Before my days of Volvo, I've owned almost 10 Pontiacs over the years. I've always been a sucker for the Grand Prixs. I used to personally own a 1989 Black Turbo Grand Prix with 194k on it. I REGRET ever getting rid of it! Like the losing sleep over the mistake, regret! Sold it years ago on Ebay, in fact. Then I find this car. I promise you, usually these cars are beat into the ground by the time 100k shows up. This car is super clean. Super fun to drive. Super reliable. And if you can keep your foot off the fun pedal, you can get 25-30+MPG all day in this car! Autocheck on my cellphone shows ONE OWNER status with no accidents to report. I love the hood grills and wing. Sure there are a few scratches and chips, but from what I can see, the nose, rear bumper cover and hood were repainted at some point. A few flaking spots on the rear cover in the license plate and tailight corners. Wouldn't even show up in my pics. Note the usually lost front factory license plate cover. Front driving lights still work! Ok ok ok, what's the "catch"?? I guess I'll let the cat out of the bag now, the car has light hail damage. GASP!? I mean light, as in, if there is a thin layer of dust on the car (which nearly every black car does) you can barely see the dings! I tried and tried and tried to catch an angle to snap but I couldn't get em to show. I hear there is a little dry ice trick that will pop em all out. Or use a dentbuster guy. There are many but considering my NO RESERVE, this car is the nicest BEST most affordable deal on Ebay!! You and others will love love love this car at the local carwash. As stated, the front bumper cover is repainted. No damages, cracks or holes. Barely any rockchips, truth be told. Headlights have minimal fading and shine great at night. I've logged about 300 miles on this car without a single issue. Not a single suspension noise or rattle, over potholes, bumps, anything. Not a squeak. Car drives perfectly straight with no unusual wandering or pulling. Below you can see the matching Toyo tires have great tread left altho they have a little dryrot. Absolutely zero vibrations on the super nice factory chrome (not polished) SpecEd only rims. If you look real hard at the left center of the above pic, you can see a couple of the dings. Below is my hand pointing out 2 of them. They are the smallest hail dings I've ever seen. Any top facing portion of the car has some dings. The most being the hood. Most dentbuster guys charge $30 a panel for unlimited ding repair. I personally would just leave em alone and enjoy the drive! Above I tried my best to point out the upper door dings but they are too small to notice unless you catch the angle right. LOOK at the shine on this car! You should really see it in the direct sunlight, gleams like a star! Again...the dings on the roof and trunklid aren't noticable via picture. The rear bumpercover looks great with only a couple minimal peeling corners. No damages, cracks or holes. You can see my reflection in every picture!Tailights have minimal fading/discoloring. I love this Special Edition wing versus the older designed ones. Not to mention the newer dual tip exhaust tips! The car has an awesome growl to it compared to the older models. The interior is easily a 9.5 out of 10! No bull. Half a point removed for a 2 inch wear spot in the carpet and no floormats. I absolutely HATE smoke and I can find or smell a single ounce of smoker in this car! It will smell justlikenew2u! Steering wheel isn't worn. Full steering wheel radio controls look new. Accessory buttons and levers look new. Leather, altho aged (GM never made leather that lasted or wore properly), is in near perfect condition. No holes, cuts, tears, or cuts. Driver's bolster is perfect. 2 tone panels remind me of the old Buick Grand National scheme. No, the light gray trim isn't painted. Factory issue. All the power items work as they should including the Heads Up Display, power heated driver's seat(front tilt is finnicky), power sunroof, power windows, power locks, electric trunk, OnStar, auto dimming rear mirror, tilt wheel, boost gauge/display, AM/FM/CD radio and display, cruise, wipers, trunk, etc. Stereo tunes in and sounds great. The ONLY thing that does not work, and I realize this is a biggie, the Air Conditioning doesn't work. I'm sorry, but I don't have the proper AC machine to check it's pressure or recharge. I can only assume (as most car are by this time) that over 10years and 100k, it's slowly leaked out. I mentioned the NO RESERVE, right?? As you can see, ALL the dummy lights illuminate upon startup with NONE on during run. No codes or issues. Rear seating area looks like it was never sat in. Trunk houses the full spare setup and cargo net. Car has both the factory ignition keys and one working keyless entry keyfob. I can't guarantee it, but I believe I have a factory manuals/books packet down in my shop. I will gladly throw it in this deal for the winner! Below you can see a tidy engine compartment that looks...well..a little dirty. It's NOT dirt tho. It's rustproof coating. Hence the lack of rust to be seen on the entire car! The engine fires right up with the strong Interstate battery, runs smooth and pulls hard under acceleration. Not a single squeak or rattle from the supercharger. Not a single drip/drop from oil or coolant can be seen underneath the car. It's not leaving any spots on my shop floor overnight. Fluids are clean. Transmission shifts as it should under any condition of driving: nice and easy smooth under light driving or fast tight under heavy acceleration. I am not aware of any service or history on the car. Spark plugs are cheap and easy to replace when needed. As are oil changes, etc. Brakes feel tight and darn near new on the car. They will easily throw you thru the dash if needed, altho the ABS works properly. No misfiring. No check lights. No noises. No headaches. NO RESERVE! BID BUT DRIVE ANYWHERE WITH 100% CONFIDENCE!
