Picking up your Vehicle:
The buyer is responsible for picking up and receiving the vehicle they purchased. Please contact us in advance to making arrangements to pick up your vehicle in order to assure everything is prepared for delivery and there is a mutually convenient date and time set aside for a smooth transistion. Remember if you are personally picking up your car and plan to fly in, take a train, or bus into Boston, Massachusetts or Providence, Rhode Island areas we are pleased to provide a private ride to our dealership to receive your newly purchased car. Call us ahead with your travel plans. Also keep in mind Southeastern Massachusetts is a great place to spend some vacation time. We will be happy to offer suggestions.
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with the vehicle you purchased for good cause please notify us immediately. Returns will be considered with substantiated reason within 5 days of purchase, within 24 hours after picking up,or prior to leaving Massachusetts, which ever time line is least. You will be responsible for return shipping and clearing of title.

All applicable sales taxes, title fees, and registration fees is the responsibility of the Buyer as required in the particular State where the purchased vehicle will actually be titled and registered. There is a $295 documentary and delivery fee (handling paper work, filing, postage, fed express, pick up at area airport or train transportation,etc.). This non negotiable expense will be added to the cost of every vehicle whether to a customer or a dealer.
For the convenience of local buyers, Executive Auto Sales, Inc. is a Massachusetts EVR registration facilitator and can fully register new or transfer registrations, titles, and tags for vehicles that will be registered in Massachusetts. Massachusettts registrants are required to pay 6.25% sales tax on the net purchase price, state title fee of $75, plus a a State registration transfer fee of $25 or in the case of new tags/plates @ $50. Also there is a Massachusetts vehicle saftey and emissions inspection of $29. Also for your convenience our dealership is an official Massachusetts State Inspection Station.
