You are bidding on a driver quality 1971 FJ-40 with a SBC V-8 Conversion. It has a Goodwrench crate 350 in it, that runs very good. It has a Edelbrock carb on top of an Edelbrock Performer manifold. It also has Chevy ramshorn exhausts! It has a brand new HEI distributor, new shocks, and new all aluminum radiator , and those aren't cheap! It also has a Muncie 4 speed in it, with a Hurst shifter and 11.85 inch clutch. It has a replacement plastic gas tank. I have had it several years, and really just played around my property with it. The tires are probably 90% with very deep tread. It could use a restoration, if you so desire. Or, just use it for hog or deer hunting the way it is. If you are a prepper then, you can use this to prepare for TEOTWAWKI. It could use some floor repair, especially in the front area around the seats, but does not need that immediately. It has some bondo below the doors. It could use some reinforcement near the front of the rear leaf spring area. It does not have turn signals. But, the rest of the lights work. It drives very good and has that throaty SBC sound with dual exhausts. It also has power steering and power drum brakes...... I will likely only run the auction one time. And it will be advertised locally, shortly. If it gets a bid, it will sell on EBAY for sure... 8-2-12 For all of you that asked, this vehicle has a clean green Oklahoma title in my name...
