Up for auction with NO RESERVE is a 1999 Nissan Maxima. This is not the prettiest car out there, but it's a good, comfortable runner and driver. This Nissan is powered by the award winning 3.0L V6 engine. This engine was on Ward's Ten Best for more than a decade. The engine in this car fires right up, is smooth and powerful. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly. The suspension is floaty. It drives straight and does not pull or shake. The brakes are powerful and stop very quickly. As you can see from the pictures, the outside of this car isn't going to win any car show awards. The paint is not in very good condition and it has had some dents pulled out. The only damage I can see is cosmetic. I see NO evidence of a major collision and this is NOT a salvage car. The alloy wheels are in excellent condition and show nicely. They are wrapped in a matching set of Bridgestone radial tires. The windows have been professionally tinted with a quality dark tint, no peeling, bubbling, or purplish tint. The interior of the car, however, is in much better shape. The cloth seats are in above average condition for the age and mileage. The power driver's seat is fully adjustable and comfortable to ride on. The seats do not have any holes, tears, stains, or unpleasant odors. The carpet and headliner are in excellent shape. The power windows and mirrors work as the should. The climate control fans and heater work well, but the A/C does not blow cold. The stereo has been replaced with a Sony CD player. This car has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of Sept 2012.
