Up for sale is my 89 LX original 8 cylinder Black FORD MUSTANG. PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE BIDDING OR BUYING!!!! I bought this car about 5 or 6 years ago from this Gentleman who keept the car in the garage. I was told from him the car used to be a Police Interceptor for the Highway Patrol back in the day. Not sure how true it is but it may show on the History Report as a Goverment lease if its true. Car has been in an accident on the drivers side years ago and was fixed purely, it will show on the carfax for sure. The car its in great shape mechanically, engine runs strong, transmission shifts smothly, and everything else works properly. The car has many many extras about including what I paid for the work over $10.000 USD. I am not a handy guy or know anything about parts and labor or know how to work on my cars so I may not be able to answer any complicated tech. questions. I would do my best to answer all your questions correctly and honestly. Here is a list of the parts that have been profesionally in the car since I bought it. All this parts were installed Brand NEW. please also know that the miles on the car are all messed up. The speedometer ran crazy right after hiting 95.000 miles. very few miles put on the car since then. car its been driven about 10.000 miles in the last 4 years. THIS IS ONLY THE PARTS I REMEMBER, MOST OF THEM WERE INSTALLED SAME DAY JUST THE HOSE KIT WAS BOUGHT LATER. CAR ALSO HAD BBK SHORT HEADERS AND MANY OTHER PARTS THAT I WILL ADD TO THE LISTING A BIT LATER JET CHIP Ford Module | Manual Transmission Part #: 78911 WAS ALSO INSTALLED ABOUT A MONTH AGO. I HAVE ALWAYS USED ROYAL PURPLE OIL AND FILTER IN ALL MY CARS. All the parts with # are bought from AMERICAN MUSCLE in Malvern PA which is close by to me. ALL THIS PARTS HAVE LESS THEN 20.000 ON THEM SOME MUCH LESS. ALSO BRAND NEW YELLOW TO BATTERY WAS INSTALLED AND BRAND NEW BATTERY CABLES ALSO. THEIR BRAND NEW. CAR IS FAST OVER 300 HORSES, FASTER ON HIGHER SPEEDS SINCE I BELEIVE ITS HAS A HIGHWAY GEAR ON IT, YOU CAN DRIVE THE CAR AT HIGH SPEEDS AND TAKE YOUR HANDS OF THE WHEEL CAR WILL DRIVE STRAIT. NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER WITH THE CAR. TOOK IT FOR INSPECTION, MECHANIC SAID IT NEED NEW FUEL LINES THATS ALL. NOW LETS GET THE PROBLEM PART OF THE CAR, CAR I AM NOT GOING TO LIE, ITS RUSTY. THA CAR HAS RUST AND THE WHOLE CAR NEEDS TO BE RE DONE. ESPECIALLY UNDER THE CAR THERE IS A PART THAT NEEDS TO BE WELDED (ITS NOT THE FRAME) BEFORE IT PASSES INCPECTION. FOR THAT YOU NEED TO REMOVE THE DRIVERS SIDE FRONT TIRE AND SUSPENSION BEFORE YOU CAN GET TO IT. I HAVE SPENT SO MUCH MONEY IN THIS CAR AND THIS IS MY THIRD CAR AND I ALSO HAVE A BIKE (HARLEY D.) CAR HAS TO GO ITS BEEN MY BABY FOR A LONG TIME BUT SOMETIMES IN LIFE YOU HAVE TO GIVE UP SOME TOYS YOU LOVE. GETTING MARRIED SOON, NEED THE MONEY. $3000 TAKES IT. Hawk Performance Ceramic Brake Pads - Front Pair (87-93 5.0L) #53039 and also Brand New Brakes in rear some part from AmericanMuscle that I dont see now aval. anymore (not cheap). Car also has Viper Alarm installed but its not working properly because the drivers door sometime will not open from inside even though just bought brand new door actuators for both sides. There is small few cosmetic things that need to be fixed as well as there is so many parts in this car that were installed before I have owened the car that are not listed here. Like B&M short shifter. Also the mechanic at Ford said there is a Cam in the car. Have no clue what Brand or any detals on it at all. This is just a few. Car and parts and all the Proffesional work done on it are way more then what we are asking for the car.
