Up for auction with NO RESERVE is a very nice 1990 Nissan Pathfinder SE. This four wheel drive SUV is overall in very nice shape for the age and mileage. The Pathfinder is powered by the same indestructible 3.0L V6 as the Nissan Pickup. This one has the uncommon and desirable 5-speed manual transmission. The transmission in this little truck shifts smooth and easy. The clutch is easy and grabs well. This is a part time four wheel drive with 2wd, 4wd, and low range 4wd. The 4 wheel drive has been tested and works well. This little SUV will go anywhere: on or off-road; rain, shine, or snow. The suspension on this Pathfinder is in good order. It is not loose or wobbly and drives at 65 mph with no pulling or complaining. The brakes stop strong. The two tone burgundy-red and tan paint job looks sharp. The 4x4 fender flares, running boards, roof rack, and rear tire carrier accessorize this SUV nicely. The paint is in above average shape for an SUV with this age and miles. As you can see in the pictures, there are some blemishes. All the glass and lights are in good order with no cracks. The fog lights appear to be undamaged, but I haven't figured out a way to turn them on. The chrome wheels shine nicely and have a full set of center caps. They are wrapped in a full set of quality all-terrain radial tires. The interior of this Pathfinder is in excellent shape for the age and mileage. It is not perfect, in the pictures you can see some wear on the driver's door and the center arm rest. The seats are in excellent shape, not stained or torn. The carpets are in good shape and there is a full set of floor mats. The power windows, locks, and mirrors all work as they should. The power sunroof tilts and slides. It does not leak. The heater and fans work as they should, but the A/C does not blow cold. The stereo has been replaced with an aftermarket CD player with good sound quality. This vehicle has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of April 2013. This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed, written, or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
Vehicle Pick-up:
Arrangements must be made in advance to pick up a vehicle. We do not have regular hours, we operate by-appointment. We are very flexible and accomidating with days and times to pick-up, but must have advance notice or there is a very real possibility you may show up and no one is here.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Vehicle will be immediately available for pick up if paid by cash in person. Payments made by wire transfer, check (cashiers or personal), or money order will be subject to verification of funds by my bank. The vehicle and title will be held until all funds have been cleared by my bank and made available for withdraw.
Paypal is accepted for the initial deposit only...not the balance. This includes Bill Me Later.
All vehicles shall be removed within 14 days of auction's end. Any vehicle left longer than 14 days without arrangements being made prior to the end of the auction will be subject to a storage fee of $5/day.
Bid Retractions/Changes:
I take selling vehicles on eBay very seriously. In the event of any bid retraction or bid change, it shall be the right of the seller to honor or not honor the outcome of the auction. This descision will be made at the sole discretion of the seller and can be made at any time while the auction is live or after the auction closes regardless of any circumstance. Additionally, any member who changes or withdraws a bid may be permanently barred from bidding on future auctions.
The seller may, at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate, cancel any bid or restrict any member from bidding on current and future auctions.
By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they have read and agree to our entire terms & conditions as well as eBay's terms & conditions. Additionally, each bidder enters into a binding contract to purchase the item they are bidding on should they be the successful bidder. By placing a bid on any of our auctions, each bidder asserts that they understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle and have fully excercized their ability to complete any diligence needed prior to placing their bid.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 administrative fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, ect., and is not applied to any transfer costs incurred by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
