I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind as you read this description that I am neither a mechanic nor do I operate a full service facility. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description, read my terms & conditions and review each of the photos closely BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1995 Honda Passport. The Passport is based off of the rugged and reliable Isuzu Rodeo and was Honda's first entry into the popular SUV market. I would rate the exterior condition of this Passport to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. There is no hiding the fact that this is a 17 year old SUV. It is finished in dark blue but the paint has seen better days. It is noticable faded on the hood. There is some rust on the front bumper which is common. The alloy wheels look good. The windows are tinted but don't look good anymore. The tint should be removed. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. This truck is sporting good tires all around and a newer PA safety and emissions inspection. I did not see any body rust other than the front bumper. I also noticed that the key cylinders are not present on either front door. I would also rate the interior of this Passport to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this SUV. The carpets are about what you'd expect for a vehicle approaching the 200k mark. They are not excessively worn but not perfect either. The seats are comfortable and in decent condition. The power windows work properly. The stereo has been upgraded to a CD player which sounds fine. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The air conditioner blows ice cold air still. The cargo area is spacious. The original owners books are included. Mechanically, she appears to be in good running and driving condition. The reliable 3.2L DOHC V6 starts easily and runs smootly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. I've driven this Passport for the last few days and have been pretty impressed for an older truck. The suspension feels nice and tight. The brakes stop this truck with no problems. The steering is a little loose but not bad for the age of the truck. Out on the road, she drives pretty well. The engine keeps good temperature and excellent oil pressure. There have been no warning lights on. I can feel something loose under the truck but don't know what it is. I checked the exhaust and that's not it...the exhaust looks new. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. All in all I was pretty impressed with how this truck drives considering its age. The 4WD system is tested and working properly.
