This Bug looks and runs great. Tires are very good and was well cared for. It is being sold "AS IS" with no inspection sticker. Do not let "no inspection sticker" scare you from this great looking and great driving bug! Maine law is very strict and requires that all cars sold by a dealer with an inspection stickers, must also come with an "Implied Warranty" even if both parties agree that the car is to be sold "AS-IS". To avoid this required law, it is common to leave a minor inspection item unrepaired (like worn windshield wipers) . This way, we can sell the car without an inspection sticker and without an “implied” warranty. Maine law requires that a car sold without an inspection sticker or “Implied Warranties” can’t be driven off our lot, and therefore, must be towed from our lot . We must be able to take a photo of the vehicle on a tow truck as it leaves our lot. Once the car is towed off our property, you can repair and sticker the car yourself and how you get it home is up to you.
