1929 Model A Ford Truck Rat Rod Custom hot rod Automatic 4X4 This is a Rat Rod project I started sometime back and no longer have time to work on it. Has CLEAR Kansas title, and if you need a bill of sell in your state, we can do that too. I started with a 1929 Ford Truck I got off of eBay. Then I got a 1995 Suzuki Side Kick with a 1.6L 4 cylinder fuel injected 16 valve engine with automatic 4X4 transmission, has nice tires too. I drove the car for several months to make sure all systems worked perfect, and they did. I then stripped the Suzuki body and not cutting any wires that I can remember. It should simply be plug and play, ok, with some mods maybe but I don't think so, it’s all STOCK Suzuki drive train. I kept the Suzuki floor pan and the plan was to cut the floor out of the Model A to fit the Suzuki pan so all things like the Suzuki steering wheel, gear shifter, brake peddles, etc, would just fasten in original spots. The Model A cab has not been cut yet or fitted as you can tell in the picture. It is sitting on the floor pan of the Suzuki in the pictures. The ending idea was to have an old truck with a modern fuel injection and easy to maintain engine and modern systems like AC, PS, heater, power brakes, automatic, 4 X 4 – with shift on the fly, cool hu? I wanted something I could drive long distance without having to worry about all the old parts like my buddies do. And I wanted something that could handle the road with ease and my wife could drive. Yea, no carburetors!!!! Twist the switch and start, almost too simple. I have what I think is about everything a guy or gal would need to make this drivable. All the stuff on the Suzuki worked fine and should require no attention except I would change the rubber timing belt just because it is easy to do and wide open right now. What you see in the pictures regarding the Model A and Suzuki is what you are bidding on. Plus I have lots of other parts not shown like seat belts, heater and AC box, Suzuki seats and the original Model A seats that I got with the truck. Seats for some reason did not get pictured. Oh, there is a spare engine and transmission if you want it. I bought the set up for the transmission because it was said to shift and work perfect, don’t know a thing about the engine as I wanted the transmission for another car but ended up selling that car as broken and now have these spare parts. Also not pictured are the rear bumpers. There is even a matching spare tire and jack with lug wrench, like I said, I think it is very complete and really not much else to buy. So if you wanted to make a simple Rat Rod here is your chance to buy everything all at once for cheap money if you ask me. OK, fine print. Sold as is with no warranties implied or expressed. DOES NOT RUN right now as wires are disconnected. So, ask questions and know what you are buying before you bid. Thank you. The Suzuki side of this project I feel is in great shape, the Model A side has the common dents, rust, cracks, etc, and will needed matted to the Suzuki parts. Payment required within 2 days of auctions end. The truck needs picked up within a week, I need the space bad or I would never sell this project. But, delivery is possible for $4 a hauling mile up to 250 miles as per Map Quest using door to door addresses if everything including delivery fees are paid in advance through Pay Pal or bank transfer. Again, NO CHECKS OF ANY KIND and no cash at delivery spot, sorry. NO IDEA THE MILES ON THIS THING, title shows 24,000 and eBay requires a number there to list this truck.
