This is a real beauty with diesel power getting 30 mpg's. These cars are very rare! This one looks great and run beautifully and even the a/c blows cold! There is a taillight out so the car does not pass Maine state inspection. Maine law requires that a car without an inspection sticker must be towed from our lot. We must be able to take a photo of the vehicle on a tow truck as it leaves our lot. However far you tow it and where you tow it and how you get it home is your own business.On Jul-21-12 at 06:55:21 PDT, seller added the following information:For those who want to know why we have a tail light out and why we don't fix it? This is due to Maine Implied Warranty Laws. We want something minor to be wrong with the car so it fails inspection. In Maine, if a dealer sells a car with an inspection sticker, that dealer, by "The Maine Consumer Implied Warranty laws", must warranty the car, even if both parties agree that there is no warranty! The only way a dealer does not have to warranty the car if it is sold as "failed inspection" and then must tow off the lot.
